Terms & Conditions for 7kbd – Bangladesh's Online Betting Platform

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7kbd website accessible at 7kbd.io, including all sub-pages, betting interfaces, casino games, account management portals, and mobile-optimised versions thereof.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who accesses the Platform, whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor.
• "Company" / "7kbd" / "We" / "Us" means the operator of the 7kbd Platform.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on the Platform following successful registration and verification.
• "Funds" means the balance of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) held in a Player's Account, including both deposited real-money funds and any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 7kbd subject to wagering requirements. Bonus Funds are distinct from real-money Funds and subject to separate conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total volume of bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Know Your Customer" (KYC) means the identity and age verification process 7kbd conducts on all registered players prior to permitting real-money activity.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where accessing or using online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 7kbd Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with the 7kbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of the current version of these Terms.

3 Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the 7kbd Platform. This is a strict requirement. 7kbd employs mandatory KYC verification to confirm the age and identity of all registered players. Any player who is found to have misrepresented their age will have their account closed immediately and any Funds (including winnings) forfeited.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. Registration and use of the 7kbd Platform is intended for players in Bangladesh and other jurisdictions where online betting is not explicitly prohibited. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. 7kbd does not accept registrations from players located in Prohibited Jurisdictions.

3.3 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one registered Account on 7kbd. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all Funds held therein.

3.4 Accurate Information. You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during registration and at all subsequent points when 7kbd requests updated information. 7kbd reserves the right to suspend or close any Account where registration details are found to be false, incomplete, or misleading.

3.5 KYC Verification. Before withdrawing Funds or accessing full account features, you will be required to complete a KYC identity verification process. This may include submitting a copy of a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. 7kbd may request these documents at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account restriction.

4 Account Management

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 7kbd will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep credentials secure.

4.2 Notification of Breach. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 7kbd immediately by contacting [email protected]. 7kbd may temporarily suspend your Account while investigating the reported breach.

4.3 Account Currency. All Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and winnings are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 7kbd does not support multi-currency accounts. No foreign exchange conversion is applied — the Taka amount you deposit is the Taka amount credited to your Account.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 7kbd reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 to inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from the Account balance. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. If an Account balance reaches zero, the Account will be closed.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7kbd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Visa, and Mastercard. Additional banking channels may be available including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Available methods are displayed at the time of transaction.

5.2 Minimum Transaction Amounts. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. There is no maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, though larger withdrawals may be subject to enhanced verification procedures.

5.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card-based deposits (Visa, Mastercard) may take up to 15 minutes to reflect in your Account balance.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 5 to 30 minutes for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating hours. Bank card withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. 7kbd does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their standard transaction charges.

5.5 Same-Method Withdrawal Policy. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Withdrawal to a different method requires prior approval and supporting documentation.

5.6 Anti-Money Laundering. 7kbd is committed to preventing the use of the Platform for money laundering or the financing of illegal activities. Any player found to be using the Platform for money laundering purposes will have their Account immediately closed and all Funds frozen pending investigation.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules. All bets placed on the 7kbd Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the market, sport, or game in question. These rules are published on the relevant game or betting page. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each betting market or game interface. 7kbd reserves the right to change stake limits at any time without prior notice. For high-value bets, 7kbd may require additional verification before accepting the wager.

6.3 Void Bets. 7kbd reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has begun (where early settlement is not explicitly offered), placed on a market that was erroneously made available, or placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error. Voided bets will be refunded to the Player's Account at the original stake value.

6.4 Manifest Errors. In the event that a bet is accepted at an incorrect price due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure, 7kbd reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. 7kbd will endeavour to identify and correct such errors as quickly as possible.

6.5 Casino Game Fairness. All casino games available on the 7kbd Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, and arcade games — use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by internationally accredited studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are statistically random and not influenced by 7kbd or any third party.

6.6 Disconnection Policy. In the event of a disconnection during a live game or in-play bet, 7kbd will apply the rules specified for that particular game or market. For most casino games, bets already placed before disconnection will stand and be settled according to the outcome. 7kbd is not liable for losses arising from internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers made available by 7kbd are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. These general bonus terms apply to all promotions unless explicitly overridden by offer-specific terms.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (for example, a 10× wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳10,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn).

7.3 Qualifying Games. Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Sports bets typically contribute 100%. Slot games may contribute between 50% and 100%. Live casino games may contribute 10% to 20%. The specific contribution rates are published on the promotion page.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 7kbd Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Funds, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, including using false names, addresses, or identity documents.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obscuring your true location.
• Using automated bots, scripts, algorithms, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with casino games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker-style games to gain an unfair advantage.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any part of the 7kbd Platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the 7kbd Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "7kbd", all logos, graphics, user interface designs, game content (where licensed from third-party providers), written content, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of 7kbd or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, licence, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7kbd.

All third-party game content available on the Platform (including game assets from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to the provider's own licensing terms.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

11.3 7kbd shall not be liable for any loss arising from: (a) errors or inaccuracies in third-party sports data feeds; (b) delays, interruptions, or errors in telecommunications or internet infrastructure; (c) force majeure events including natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or government actions; (d) unauthorised access to a Player's account caused by the Player's failure to maintain credential security.

12 Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by the Player. You may close your 7kbd Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled and the remaining Account balance (after deduction of any applicable fees and forfeiture of any unwagered bonus funds) will be returned to your registered payment method.

12.2 Termination by 7kbd. 7kbd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification; provision of false registration information; or where continued operation of the Account would expose 7kbd to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon closure of an Account — whether initiated by the Player or by 7kbd — all unused Bonus Funds are immediately forfeited. Real-money Funds will be returned to the Player subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any pending investigations.

13 Responsible Gaming

7kbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all players. The following tools are available to all registered Players free of charge via the account settings dashboard:

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable legal framework of the jurisdiction in which 7kbd operates. The parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration. The language of any arbitration proceedings shall be English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7kbd from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
